While the price for sub-contractors with specific trade skills may range from $150 to $400 per project, the estimate for full general contractor services typically falls between $400 to $800.
However, please note that these are only rough idea and the actual price will depend on the size and scope of your project. We encourage you to provide us with your project plans in PDF format or any link to the drawings so we can accurately assess the work required and provide you with a detailed quote. Our pricing is based on a variety of factors, including the cost of materials, labor, equipment, and any additional services required. Payment Method
We utilize Quickbooks Online Payments to secure the privacy of your financial information so that you can comfortably pay via your Credit Card or Debit Card or PayPal. After receiving your plans and analyzing your project specifications, we will send a quote comprising the Quickbooks Invoice and delivery date.
1. 50% down payment and 50% payment before final submission.
2. The submission time for the Estimate will be at least two working days after the Initial Payment.
3. Archi Tech Estimate will provide only QTO (Quantity Take-Off) and MTO (Material Take- Off).
4. Standard pricing will be use during standard price data like RS Mean data base, but we prefer our clients to put their own prices. The client can also alter prices based on experience, in our Excel sheet submitted.
5. If any items are missing in drawing files proper assumptions will be made for quantification of those items. Otherwise, only those items will be included in the estimate which are given in the drawings.
6. Archi Tech Estimate will not be responsible for any late submission of the Project if the client delays final 50% payment.
7. Submission date will be revised if the client doesn’t pay 50% down payment within the Proposal date.
8. Time for dealing with query is only 3 days after final submission, after which no query will be dealt.
9. Archi Tech Estimate will not do refunds in any case
10. Archi Tech Estimate will charge separate if the color-coded Take-Off Blueprints from software are requested, or to fill the Bid forms.
11. After the final submission, any addition/addendums will be charged separate if requested.
